Khajuraho conversation

This conversation takes place in Khajuraho's remotest area of Jain temples - on a dirt track road near Javari Temple.
Two lions, taking time off from guard duty at nearby temples, are commiserating with an elephant friend who has just been unceremoniously 'dumped' by his priests after a 1000 years of loyal service,  The elephant looks much the worse for wear
but is still garlanded with welcoming bells - a token of the tasks he dutifully performed throughout a long life of ritual.
